What really is Sexual Harassment? Sexual Harassment can happen anywhere, whether it is in the workplace, school, or just in a public area. But as for many colleges across the country it is becoming a problem for most students and faculty. Sexual harassment on campus has been more serious than ever and far more dominant than the of charges would indicate. Many are confused by the definition of sexual harassment people consider it having different meanings than others. One may think sexual harassment is a natural case of flirting, but for many women that is not the case. The true definition of sexual harassment is defined by law and includes requests for sexual favors, sexual advances or other sexual conduct.
